Pool Access - Important Annoucement

Effective Tuesday, May 2, 2023, the new Smartphone Pool Entry System for Lakepointe at Lavon Homeowners Association, Inc., will be activated. Please take a moment to review the instructions enclosed in this notice to install Smart Access on your phone. This will be to access the pool Summer 2023 and going forward. Please note: All rental properties’ occupants must go through their landlord or leasing company to receive pool access.

To make certain you receive information regarding pool updates, please register on the Association’s website at www.lakepointeatlavonhoa.com. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please submit them via the “Contact Us” tab on the Association website and an Essex Association Management representative will respond promptly.
